Interval Training

Grind Classes are focused primarily on interval training, combining both cardio and strength training. You’ll get the heart-pumping benefits of high-intensity cardio boxing, as well as the muscle-building advantages of strength training. Our team of experienced coaches will guide you through each round, ensuring that you get the most out of each exercise.

Strength Training

Strength training is an essential part of the Grind Class. You’ll be using a combination of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to get your muscles burning. Our coaches will provide personalized instruction so that you can get the most out of your workouts and keep your form perfect.

Spin

The Grind Class doesn’t forget about spin! You’ll get to enjoy a few rounds of our signature spin class, complete with fast-paced music, high-intensity intervals, and motivating coaching. Plus, the spin rounds are a great way to give your body a break from the more intense interval training while still getting the full cardio benefits.

GRIND

Go the distance with 12-rounds of high-intensity cardio Box, Strength, and Spin. The Grind combines our signature formats to bring you the very best of Studio Spin in a single class.

RUMBLE

Get ready to Rumble with 60-mins of cardio boxing, bodyweight, & core strength training. Be challenged through 9 high-intensity rounds & emerge victorious under the lights & energy of the Rumble Room.

SPIN+

Get the best of Studio Spin in a single class that combines 30-45 mins of our signature spin program with 15-30 mins of functional strength and core training off the bike.

LIFT

Get pumped with 60-minutes of pure strength training optimized for building muscle and burning fat. Lift is the best full body strength workout to redefine your limits and take you to the next level.
