Studio Rules

• Single classes are non-refundable and expire 30-days from date of purchase.
• Multiple class packages are non-refundable and expire 1-year from the date of purchase.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. If you are not there at the start of class, your spot may be given away to somebody on the waitlist.
• Please let us know about any injuries before the start of class.
• Please do NOT save bikes for guests who haven’t arrived.
• Please do NOT talk on your cell phone or to other riders during class.
• Please wipe down your equipment at the end of class.
• Please opt-in to our emails. If not, you will not receive our email reminders or wait-list emails.

Our classes are small so it’s important that you cancel (or switch time slots) at least 12 hours before the start of class. You may cancel class by using our MindBody Online system, the MindBody app, by emailing StudioSpinCycle@gmail.com, or by calling us at 888-CYCLE-55.

Cancel at least 12-hours prior to class to avoid a Late Cancel Fee or a No-Show Fee.

An Early Cancel is any cancellation (online or by phone) that occurs more than 12 hours before the start of your class. There is no charge for an Early Cancel. A Late Cancel is any cancellation (online or by phone) that occurs less than 12 hours before the start of your class. The Late Cancel Fee is one class for reservations made using a package, or $10 for monthly members. A No Show occurs if you do not cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled class. The No Show Fee is one class for reservations made using a package, or $10 for monthly members.

Take unlimited Spin, Yoga and Boxing classes. Monthly Unlimited package does not include Northshore Angels, Special Event classes or any other classes offered by Studio SPIN or at MyBody Complex. Classes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-shareable.

Clients with a current Monthly Unlimited package may purchase Spin, Yoga and Boxing classes at a discounted rate for their family and guests.

Studio SPIN reserves the right to discontinue your Monthly Unlimited package contract for any reason at any time.
